Hey everyone!
How are you all!?
What book has been on your coffee table or beach blanket for that matter, this summer?
I’ve been reading ‘lullabies for little criminals’ by Heather O’Neill
While not for the faint of heart this novel is frustratingly real.
“A gritty, heart-wrenching novel about bruised innocence on the city’s feral streets- the remarkable debut of a stunning literary talent” is right!
It’s just what the doctor prescribed for me this summer.
It’s inspired some grittier writing of my own.
Chris McMullen: Read Tuesday, Black Friday

Book Cover Help…Offer?
Are there any design savvy souls out there that are willing to help me or should I say, willing to make me a book cover for my e poetry
book? I won’t offer money but I will offer a guest post or any kind of help with promotions and I can also offer lot’s of GRATITUDE!

Pay it Forward Thursday: PAY DAY Christina Jones and Newsletters
So I had a collaboration booked for this week with We Drink Because we’re Poets but something came up with on their end so the collaboration was unable to happen but watch for it in the upcoming months!
Stuck in a short time crunch and wanting to help some one on my Pay Day Thursday I thought it a great opportunity to introduce you all to Christina Jones.
Christina approached me recently asking to interview me for her upcoming news letter and I agreed.
The interview will be available in July and you if you are interested in learning more about me and my journey to becoming the blogger that I am today please sign up for her newsletter to read the interview. I asked Christina about the process of developing a newsletter as I do not have one for my blog and it is something that I am interested in doing.
Given the free block of time I felt it a great opportunity to give Christina some exposure and to interview her as well.
Help: Approaching Publishers vs. ebook/self publishing
So here I am at a crossroads and with questions that I think you may be able to help me with.
My plan is to self publish my poetry book. It will be an ebook compilation of my poetry. Seems like a simple enough process and people have shown an interest so I am looking forward to the release of that with in the next month or 2.
Now in my previous post I revealed the 2 first pages of my book along with a poem synopsis on what you can expect to see from my novel.
