I feel things.

I always have.

Maybe it’s because I’m a scorpio.

Maybe it’s just me.

Maybe it is part of my destiny?

I have also had to learn to release things.

I have had to learn to release my grip on life and people.

Release things that no longer serve me and my higher good.

I don’t always know what that is but I know my soul does.

Sometimes the release is a good cry.

Sometimes it’s making wild love. (Also scorpio in me)

My poetry

Sometimes its writing words and releasing them.

But not to the world and not to the floor.

To be carried and brought to where the release needs to go.

Anywhere but here with me.  Anywhere but there with you, will do.

I’ve always loved the concept of rituals to symbolize momentous occasions or rights of passage etc but most especially in healing.

While I won’t encourage you to go outside and start throwing papers to the wind (we need to be mindful of the planet people – don’t litter) but setting a physical action to ritual to help with emotional release and healing, especially for those who tend to bottle things up inside and can’t have a good cry or share fest, I think it can be extremely helpful.

And the act of a ritual can really help with the FAKE it until you MAKE it principle.  You may not fully believe that burning a letter from your ex for example will actually do anything but the intention and the follow through can work wonders regardless of if you TRULY ‘believe’ it can or not.

Find a way that works best for you.

But I highly encourage you to give it a try.

Emotional release and freedom is definitely an important perponent to stepping into the full power and embodiment of manifesting your true destiny.

A little bit about me…
