The Descent
She fell from the branch
Tumbling on her way
To the end
↓
Prepared for
The landing
She blew in the wind
Lifting, drifting
The wind carrying her where the wind might blow
Losing all control on where she would go
↔
But knowing
The beautiful descent
Was nearing
↓
Trusting in
The gusting
Of the wind
To land her safely
Between land and shore
To moulder on the earths floor

Thank you for noticing! I have this problem with WordPress squishing my text together, it’s rather frustrating, so I will sometimes have to use ‘wing dings’ to keep the verses apart, so in my search I found these and thought hmmmm clever, finding the infinity one was, awesome..l
