Water

Waters so calm and purifying
Cleanses my soul and my body
Purity, security
In the cleanliness of flow
Bodies of water
Over bodies of flesh
A meshing of tangibility
Stability, necessity
The essence that flows between our fingers
Helps maintain each breath
Crashes and calms
Pours and restores
Life
The life-giving source
Flowing life through its course
Water flows
It grows

“Pours and restores” Often felt a good rain follow by a rainbow is Nature’s way or rebaptizing the world ending with new sense of promise.
Yes, I’ve hear similar sentiments before.
